The Do it yourself Harry Potter 7 Spolier!

Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Harry Potter learns to control his power and becomes a Super Saiyan... (gasgas na yan!)

Here is a guide on how to spoil yourself and en route spoil other people about Harry Potter Book 7:Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows!

1. Visit Festival Mall, Flinvest Ayala, Alabang
2. Proceed to Powerbooks
3. Approach the HP Book 7 Display
4. Pick up the Book
5. Read the Last Three pages
6. Put the book down
7. Position yourself in the nearest cashier
8. Right after someone pays for the new HP book, smile and tell them about what you read... Hermione gives her life in Exchange for Ron's who countered a spell aimed to kill Harry...

Yep its that simple... just don't expect to come out of festival mall alive...

Frenzy gets a visit from a Deathly Hallow ( as envisioned by Micheal Bay) right after spoiling someone about HP 7 at Festival! Mall

Now seriously, I can't believe how lazy some people can be when it comes to reading! And there was nothing more evident of this laziness than a bunch of people simply content with reading the last pages of the book.

Stupid!!

But if your that type, just read the instructions above... Geez!

The Don Henrico's Experience: Im seeing Green!

"I loved their Buffalo Wings and Potato Wedges, and I most especially adored their Bottomless beverage..."

A lot of restaurants offer bottomless beverages. Among the common bottomless drinks on the menu are sodas and iced tea. Only a few however offer Iced Green tea on their menu to go with their good food.

So I have decided to embark on a journey to share with you guys the best green teas in town and other bottomless teas that's worth your money! But I'm not going alone because I have decided to bring along my tasters...

Let's start off with Don Henrico's... I have to tell you that I absolutely love their Buffalo Wings, and Potato Wedges, not only because of their hands down taste, but also its enormous servings! But the icing on the cake I believe is Don Hen's Bottomless Nestea Green tea.

A seemingly harmless Glass of green tea... Think again...

Priced at 75 pesos for the bottomless order, this green tea has a certain twist to it. It's not that sweet and it has a certain flavor to it that gives it a lime twist. And compared to other teas that give you a rough feeling down the throat, Don Hen's Green tea slides down which makes it all the more refreshing!

Finally, unlike other bottomless teas, this green tea doesn't need a frequent ice refill just to keep its taste in check.Don Hen's keep their Green tea as cold as possible, giving you a pleasant refill experience, every time! So the next time you are in need for a bottomless glug to go with your tasty meal, this is the place to be!

Barricade was forced to abandon their search for the all spark for a Don Hen's green tea!Lolx!

My taster seems to agree as well, so I believe you would too!

Transformers Toys UNITE!

Its been a long hard wait but seeing them together for the first time was worth the wait!

So ladies and gentlemen, for all those Transformers live action fanatics, especially the toys... I proudly present to you all the Autobots Live Action Toys!(Drum Roll please!)

VEHICLE MODE From L to R: 1970's Camaro Bumblebee, Pontiac Solstice Jazz, 2008 (is that right?) Camaro Bumblebee, GMC Iron Hide, Hummer Ratchet and Optimus Prime!

I absolutely drooled over the sight of the Autobots live action toys together on my desk for a pictorial! Thanks to my friends from the Creative Department for lending me their toys, namely Iron hide, 2008 Chevrolet Camaro Bumblebee and the Leader Class Optimus Prime!

I have labored long and hard to get my hand on Iron Hide and the New Bumblebee, but alas, they have all been sold out so far! But for the New Prime, I have to pass on that, I just can't spend more than 3000 bucks for a toy, at least not right now!He he he!

But then again, having a little help from my friends, is the closest thing to having them complete, and within my reach!

ROBOT MODE From L to R: Bumblebee, Iron Hide, Optimus Prime, Ratchet and Jazz!

And after seeing the Autobots together, I have to say that it's worth every peso (if you're a collector) to purchase all of them, especially Ratchet and the 2008 Camaro Bumblebee!

For the Decepticon side of the collection, we have Brawl (Devastator in the movie), Barricade (the Best Decepticon in the movie), Blackout and Bone Crusher (nice robot mode)...

But having them complete for a pictorial seems to be a bleak dream, nobody seems to like Megatron and Starscream (no offense for the Decepticon fans)!

So for now, enjoy the view, I know I did...

But here is a picture of what we have so far from the movie:

Almost the entire cast: Brawl (Devastator), Barricade, 2008 Bumblebee, Iron Hide, ratchet, Jazz, Optimus Prime, Blackout, Old Bumblebee, Classic Prime (not in the movie, just wanted to add him up), Frenzy and Mini Scorponok

A Guide to Paper Flavors!

What Does a Blue Post-it taste like?

Trivia: Did you know that paper comes in different scrumptious flavors?? I didn't know this for a fact, but apparently one of my old colleagues had first hand info to share about it!

The information came to me at the most inappropriate but opportune time!
While I was gathering the inspiration to blog! And here's how it goes...

While I was busy staring at monitor no.1, clicking on the keys of the KB my phone starts to vibrate... I check out the number and I was delighted to see an old friend's (actually a very good, beautiful friend) familiar digits (my lips curve into a grin).

We converse about our careers, love life and old colleagues. We go through the basics of old friends getting to chat again after a long time apart. But after the basic hullabaloo was out of the way, the craziness was bound to begin.

"Hey did you know that the best type of paper I nibbled on when I was young was a gift wrapper because it actually tastes like sinigang?"

The best Tasting Paper in town?

I thought I didn't hear it right, but when I asked her again, she casually replied "Yep, Gift wrappers are the best tasting paper, it tastes like sinigang, its a bit sour, and newspaper paper is the worse because it tastes like ink!"

Newspaper Paper... The flavor is mightier than the pen!

Whoa! Lo and behold, papers come with different flavors, and I spent half my childhood chewing them and never did I knew that!

Catch this, she even knows what wallpaper tastes like, and she defined it as something with a booger like taste, but when I asked her if she already tasted the likes of it, she retracts and tells me that it tastes like something she could not describe!Lolx!

But the best part about paper flavors was the fact that the actual taste was influenced by your mind! Whoa!! Unbelievable!

She narrates that a professor once told her that she ate a piece of paper from a national geographic magazine because their grade 1 teacher said that it tasted like a leaf. The amazing thing was that it in fact tasted like a leaf.

So let's have a rundown of what we had so far:

gift wrapper - tastes like sinigang
newspaper - tastes like ink
wallpaper - tastes like boger
national geographic - tastes like a leaf

OK, so now all we need is the staple paper to go with our sinigang and leaf... Lolx!

"Oh and the white Bond paper, that tastes like rice..."

Tissue paper... the best Paper in the House?(Gelo seems to be constipated from over ingestion of decorated table napkins)

Yeah!! We now have the complete menu!!He he he!

Your orders please!Lolx

Perfect World... Need I say More?

Got this from the Level Up Site!Cool characters eh!?

Ladies and gentlemen of the online gaming world!! Perfect World is now in its Open Beta stage!!

This means that everyone can enjoy the unique playing experience of PW!

I have tried it and it seems to working in all cylinders!!!

For now this is all I can say, but as soon as I get a hang of it, I may have decent review for it!

So whatya waiting for? This is your world, your way!

The First RATCHET in The Philippines!?

I'm looking at it now...

Absorbing its distinctive design...

The yellow green body paint...

Its classy front bumper design...

And the sturdy robot form...

Yes, I have finally, finally laid my hands on the elusive voyager Autobot.... RATCHET!

Thanks to BEST Toys, what I thought to be uber rare, has finally crawled its way to the Philippine market.

OK, let me get one thing straight, I may going out on a limb here but to say that this is the first Ratchet in the Philippines could be way overrated, but I'm just saying this because I have tried for the past weeks to find one, but never did.

Prior to seeing Ratchet on the Best Toys shelf, I visited Toy Kingdom to check, and the sales dude said that Ratchet never appeared in their inventory, it was just Iron Hide, Star Scream, Blackout for the voyager class ever since.

I have also checked other toy stores, but never caught a glimpse of it. Heck, I never really liked Ratchet until I saw its images on the net which was just over the weekend.

But when I tried to push my luck last Tuesday Pm in search for new transformers live action toys, I was stunned to see Ratchet, two boxes of it, still on the Best Toys shelf.

Ready to be taken out of the BOX!

So I quickly grabbed the much sought after treasure, and was surprised to find out it was tagged at 1,800 pesos!! And if you pay in EPS, they add another 99pesos! Wah!!

I try to call my toy guru, but the line was dead, I tried several times until I finally hear a ring from the other end, I quickly explained the circumstances and was advised that the price was just right for the rarity of the artifact(yeah right)! So I argued with myself a little, but the kid in me won the battle.

So I hurry down the nearest exit and scurry to the nearest functioning ATM! In a flick of a finger, 2000 pesos automatically goes bye bye!!!(Tipid mode nanaman!)

As soon as I paid the clerk, the pain of parting with the cash was quickly replaced with the delight of having Ratchet in my hands, ready to come out of the box for his first Transformation!

And to my delight, both the vehicle and robot form was a sight for sore eyes! Aye caramba!

RATCHET in Robot form with his bosom buddy JAZZ!

Now almost one whole day has passed, and I'm glad that I didn't think twice in purchasing the Medical Officer of team Autobot!

You do the Math!

'POOF" Goes the Transformers Movie toys!

JAZZ in car Form!

You guys have to understand, its been bugging me since the last time I watched Transformers for the 2ND time! I have to these transformer toys in my grasp!!! The problem however is that these live action based toys pop up like unsuspecting mushrooms and go poof the next minute!!! So what do I do? Simple, I consult the toy geek in the group to hook me up with the elite toy stores in the area!

We first visit Festival mall, check out the 4 toy stores I know of in the area and the closest thing they can offer to the live action toys, is the
Optimus Prime head gear ( or mask if that's how you should call it). So I hit a brick wall, just great!!! I made a vow that day... I promised myself I wont rest till I get Transformer Jazz in my grasp!!!Bwahahaha (crazed laugh with matching eerie background music!).

Next day I wake up with the passion of a hunter in search for his first prey for the day, I was hell bent to get my first Transformer!!! Geek toy guy accompanies me to Makati and I almost scraped all the rubber in my converse sneakers (buti na lang matibay!naks commercial) running around SM, Landmark, Greenbelt and Glorietta just to find the transformers!

When all hope was almost gone, my toy guru gives me words of encouragement... do not give up my young
paduan, there is still GREAT toys and BEST toys! Alas!!! I have been revived! We rush to Great toys and lo and behold, we find JAZZ, BARRICADE, OLD CAMARO BUMBLEBEE, STARSCREAM, IRON HIDE, SCORPONOK, PRIME... Greaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat!!!! What a catch!! We ask for the price of barricade and bumblebee and my eyebrows twitch, but when I heard Jazz's price, I quickly grabbed him, after all he was just 650 pesos!!! What a bargain for a rare catch (at least during that time)! Fast forward to the latter part of the day, my geek friend was so jealous, he had to buy BLACKOUT at BEST Toys for 1700 pesos! Ha ha ha!!

JAZZ, FRESH out of the BOX!

I spent the next 40 minutes transforming Jazz, 45 minutes for my friend in transforming Blackout. So this is the feeling of transforming your first Transformer toy! Astig!

A Big GULP for a Big Thirst

Ever had the urge to gulp down one gallon of iced tea, soda and or water but couldn't find any fast food, restaurant or convenience store to quench your fantasy? Well, there is nothing wrong with you. Your just one of the millions who want nothing but a big bad ass beverage to go along with their big appetite!

Because of this, the bottomless and or refillable drink was introduced! Yep, your endless need for moisture now has its equal an more. However, drinks like these don't come cheap. And if ever they do, you can bet your 13Th month pay that the taste is surely below par!

So will you settle for anything less?? Hell no!! Especially if you have thirst machines as your lunch buddies who wants nothing but a good feast for their throat. These people will force you to spend your hard earned dough on classy resto's just to have a bottomless drink.

But I was ever the innovator, so I introduced to them the wonders of the 1.5 liter Lipton Tea which you can buy at any 7-11 store for just 49 pesos! Aha! now that's real value for your money. The only catch however is the beverage temperature and the lack of choices.

So, it was back to the drawing board for me. And after weeks of pondering, I was stuck in refilling my Lipton tea bottle with distilled water!Yikes! the perils of Makati life!

But on that one fateful Wednesday afternoon, July 12, 2007, a wave of discovery hit me! This discovery was the 32 0z Big Gulp from 7 - 11!!!

Yes my friends, what more could be a source of thirst quenching liquid than a big bad ass cup that can be filled with several beverages and loaded with steaming hot tube ice topped off with a sturdy plastic cover and and easy to pierce straw hole! And the best part is, its just 28 pesos! Brilliantly astig!!

And after that discovery, my colleagues were never thirsty again! There was however a shortage of Big Gulp 32 oz cups in 7-11's we paid a visit to! You do the math!

Transformers Craze

Its been almost 3 weeks since I watched Transformers Live Action and I still cannot get over the craze! I was never a big fan of the cartoon, partly because some of the robots transformed into lame tools and vehicles (like a video tape, and a telescope). GI Joe and Ghost busters were the better choices for me!

And when Transformers Live action hit the big screen, I wasn't even driven to watch it. The only thing that caught my interest is the combination of Micheal Bay and Steven Spielberg, and any movie with these two working together should be an eye candy!
So another fast forward, directly after the movie, a loud applause rings inside Glorietta 4 Cinema 2, and one of the loudest, echoes between my two eager hands meeting each other to make some noise with such gusto!

OK, OK, so what makes the movie a big hit for me?Well besides the Good acting, amazing CG effects and winning scripts, I believe that the choice of subject, made all the difference!
The ability to convert a non transformer fan into one crazed transformer lunatic, simply means they had all the elements in the right amounts! The cool cars, the detailed transformations, the bad ass enemies and cool military weapons!Weeeeeeeeehaw!

Now I know that sounds vague, but I guess all crazed beings can only do so much to rationalize, but do more when they actualize these emotions.

And part of that actualization is checking out every toy store in town to find the live action transformer toys even if it means shelling out my savings and my extra energy just to have them in my possession!!!!Bwahahahaha!

And so the craziness continues.....
